Plea for making K.M.Mani the Chief Minister, but reaction is muted

The call for making Kerala Congress (M) supremo K.M.Mani the Chief Minister of Kerala has  not been that shrill and the reaction from responsible quarters has been muted.

It appears the call Is  only a wide chase by a section within the Kerala Congress(M). No one has any doubt about the suitability of Mani as Chief Minister. His stuff is tantamount to that of a Chief Minister, but his party has only nine members in the 140-member Kerala Assembly.

KPCC president V.M.Sudheeran has said Kerala Pradesh Congress Committee is not aware of any such moves.

Which means there has been only demands made in the media and not within the serious circles of the ruling coalition in the State.
